In France, 5.9 million natural Christmas trees are sold each year, for a turnover of 170.5 million euros.
This reasoned agricultural production, which is important for the local economy, is constantly evolving and is becoming more modern and mechanised.
The players in the sector, passionate about their profession, will meet again on 16 June 2022 for the second edition of the SAPIN EXPO exhibition - an exhibition dedicated to the production of natural Christmas trees.
Following the success of the first edition in 2016, which brought together 450 professionals from this sector, SAPIN EXPO is back this year at the Espace Jean Bertin in Saulieu, in the Morvan, the leading French region for Christmas tree production.
Co-organised by the AFSNN (Association Française du Sapin de Noël Naturel) and the UPSNM (Union des Producteurs de Sapins de Noël du Morvan), SAPIN EXPO meets a real need for exchanges in this fast-growing sector. Exhibition of horticultural and forestry equipment and innovations, solutions and services for professionals in the sector, technological innovations, new cultivation techniques, discovery of local products... are on the programme for this day devoted to the tree that best symbolises the Christmas season.
SAPIN EXPO is open to all French and European Christmas tree professionals and to anyone interested in the sector. Admission to the event is free.
